- Pilates Mat Exercises:

- Pilates Reformer Exercises:
Experience the versatility of the Pilates Reformer and learn a wide range of exercises that can be adapted to various body types and fitness goals.

- Provide First Aid:

* Unit HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, is not part of the course fees or offered by Positive Action Pilates. Students with this qualification can apply for RPL. Alternatively, it can be completed with an external provider.
Recognition of Prior Learning:
We value your prior experiences and education. If you have relevant qualifications or previous Pilates training, you may be eligible for recognition of prior learning. This means that you could potentially fast-track your certification process while still meeting the comprehensive standards set by our program.

- For students who only wish to teach Reformer at health clubs or reformer studios, there is an option for this stream. However, your qualification will only cover reformer for this environment.
